Endurance is a powder based on octacosanol. Octacosanol is an example of a nutriceutical. This substance attributes to a higher perseverance and the will to train increases. Octacosanol takes care of a better muscle-metabolism and a slower acidification of the muscles.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Bony Endurance needs to be supplied some time before it has maximal effect. Octacosanols work best in the period when training is built up. It is pretty useless to supply this product in periods of rest. As preparation to big races Bony

Endurance can be supplied over the food daily for a period of three to four weeks. The food can be moistened by omega oil. When maximal effect is reached, it is best to supply Bony Endurance some times a week as maintenance. For maintenance Bony Omega 3 Racing Oil octa 20.000 can be used too
